目的 了解官兵海训和平时的心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 3870名官兵进行测试。结果 海训时 SCL-90各项因子分比平时高 ,海训时军官 SCL-90各项因子总均分最低、士兵次之、士官最高 ,部队海训时整体健康状况下降 ,官兵之间健康状况存在差异。结论 做好海训期间的心理卫生教育 ,提高官兵的整体心理素质 ,对保障官兵心身健康 ,提高部队战斗力有一定的指导意义
Objective To understand the mental health status of military officers and soldiers in peacetime training. Methods 3870 officers and men were tested using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results The scores of SCL-90 in sea training were higher than those in usual training. The total score of each factor of SCL-90 was the lowest at sea training, followed by soldier, highest in non-military service, decreased in overall health status in military training and the health of officers and soldiers The situation is different. Conclusions Good mental health education during sea training and improving the overall psychological quality of officers and soldiers are of guiding significance in ensuring the mental and physical health of officers and soldiers and enhancing the combat effectiveness of the troops.
