目的研究大青根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱进行分离,以Sephadex LH-20及制备液相色谱进行纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据分析鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了6个已知化合物,分别是类叶升麻苷(1)、darendoside B(2)、丁香树脂酚葡萄糖苷(3)、连翘苷(4)、4-羟基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基--βD-葡萄糖苷(5)、腺苷(6)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Daqing root. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. The compounds were purified by Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six known compounds were isolated and identified. They were acteoside (1), darendoside B (2), syringin glycoside (3), forsythin (4), 4-hydroxy- -Dimethoxyphenyl-βD-glucoside (5), adenosine (6). Conclusion Compounds 1-6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
