为探讨急性运动对糖尿病患者血糖控制前后肾脏的影响,测定20例糖尿病患者血糖控制前后及健康人单次60%VO_2max 中强度的急性运动负荷前后尿 N-乙酰-β-D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、尿白蛋白排泄率(AER)。结果表明:①血糖控制前(FBG>8.3mmool/L)与正常对照组比较,中等强度的急性运动负荷后即刻及运动后30分钟 NAG、AER 较运动前明显升高,在运动后90分钟才恢复运动前水平;②血糖控制后(FBG<8.3mmol/L),中等强度急性运动负荷前后 NAG、AER 无明显变化,与正常对照组相似。这一结果提示,中等强度的急性运动负荷对血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者尿 NAG及 AER 产生短暂影响。
To investigate the effect of acute exercise on the kidneys of diabetic patients before and after their glycemic control, the levels of urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase) in 20 diabetic patients before and after their glycemic control and 60% NAG), urinary albumin excretion rate (AER). The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control group, the NAG and AER of moderate intensity acute exercise load immediately before exercise and 30 minutes after exercise significantly increased compared with that of the normal control group before exercise control (FBG> 8.3mmool / L) (FBG <8.3mmol / L), NAG and AER had no significant changes before and after moderate-intensity acute exercise load, which were similar to the normal control group. This result suggests that moderate-intensity acute exercise load has a transient effect on urinary NAG and AER in diabetic patients with poor glycemic control.
