本文介绍了一种新的实验室系统,该系统高度自动化且轻便可靠。促使这种设计的原因是我们认识到岩石物理特征与时间有一定的相依性。众所周知,由于某些沉积岩,特别是页岩冲刷和崩解非常彻底,以致于无法测量它们的力学及弹性特性。这种时间相依性显示出的时间大小比正常的风化时间短得多,而又比应力释放时间长得多。为了能在井场对刚采出的新鲜岩心进行描述,我们设计了该系统。系统设计成自动而又轻便的好处在于它明显地提高了测量效率。该系统的特点能对偏远新区刚采出的岩心进行快速描述。这一特点是明显地缩短勘探评价时间,并能在短时间内建立起具有统计意义的岩石特征数据库。
This article describes a new lab system that is highly automated and light-weight. The reason for this design is that we recognize that petrophysical characteristics are dependent on time. It is well-known that due to the very thorough erosion and disintegration of certain sedimentary rocks, especially shale, it is impossible to measure their mechanical and elastic properties. This time dependence shows a much shorter time than normal weathering and much longer than stress release. In order to be able to describe the freshly harvested fresh core at the wellsite, we designed the system. The benefit of the system being designed to be automatic and lightweight is that it significantly improves the measurement efficiency. The system features a quick description of cores just taken from remote areas. This feature significantly reduces exploration evaluation time and enables the establishment of a statistically significant database of rock characteristics within a short period of time.
