当前,我国屋顶绿化建设发展较慢,主要是没能从综合的社会效益、环境效益方面评估,很大一方面是没及早评估其可能带来的经济效益。裁培繁育技术有了,关键就在于政策和领导决策,一个决策者要有总揽全局的能力,也要有明晰的经济头脑,以便引导消费,紧随消费时尚。那么,我们在规划建设空中花园项目时,有哪些收益可以预测呢? 从经济效益方面看,根据我国国情,屋顶花园要适于生产和经销时令花卉,达到美化环境与增加经济收益相结合。在我国屋顶绿化用栽培基质可以废旧利用,如煤渣、粗砂、垃圾土等,取材容易。基质层作0.50米厚,加上100％的运费,需150—450元/100m~2。喷灌设备如水管、喷头约140元/100m~2,这就是建园造价约300—600元/100m~2。生产设备可采用规格不同的温室,国产和合资厂的约合300—65000元/100m~2,
