目的:分析总结EWT-130臭氧治疗仪在阴道炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年6月广东省仁化县人民医院收治的180例细菌性阴道炎、120例念珠菌阴道炎及60例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为A、B及C 3组,每组含细菌性阴道炎60例、念珠菌阴道炎40例及滴虫性阴道炎20例。A组接受单纯药物治疗,B组单纯EWT-130臭氧治疗仪治疗,C组接受药物联合EWT-130臭氧治疗仪治疗。对比3组临床治疗效果及副作用发生率。结果:3组入组时症状总积分比较无统计学差异,接受2周治疗后,各型症状总积分C组均明显低于A组及B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A组与B组各型间比较无统计学差异。同时C组各型临床治疗总有效率均明显高于A组及B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A组与B组间细菌性阴道炎及念球菌阴道炎比较无统计学差异,而A组滴虫性阴道炎明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,3组各型治疗效果副作用发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将EWT-130臭氧治疗仪联合药物治疗可显著提高各型阴道炎的临床治疗效果,且并不增加治疗副作用发生率。
Objective: To analyze and summarize the value of EWT-130 ozone treatment instrument in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods: 180 cases of bacterial vaginosis, 120 cases of candida vaginitis and 60 cases of trichomonas vaginitis admitted to Renhua People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into A, B and Group C 3, each group containing 60 cases of bacterial vaginosis, Candida vaginitis 40 cases and trichomonas vaginitis 20 cases. Group A received simple drug treatment, Group B was treated with EWT-130 ozone treatment alone, and Group C received treatment with EWT-130 ozone treatment. Comparison of three groups of clinical treatment and side effects. Results: There was no significant difference in total symptom score between the three groups. After two weeks of treatment, the total score of each type of symptoms in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B (P <0.05) However, there was no significant difference between groups A and B. At the same time, the total effective rate of each type of clinical treatment in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B (P <0.05), but there was no statistical difference between bacterial vaginitis and candida vaginitis in group A and group B The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). However, the incidence of Trichomonas vaginitis in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05). In addition, there were no significant differences in the incidence of side effects among the three types of treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of EWT-130 ozone therapy instrument and drug therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of various types of vaginitis, and does not increase the incidence of treatment side effects.
