笔者从要素投入与要素分配关系的视角,探讨提高劳动报酬在初次分配中比重的途径。通过C-D生产函数构建模型,笔者对要素分配的内在决定因素及各因素变动对劳动报酬占比的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,提高劳动报酬占比的途径有四个:一是提高利率,以提高资本的使用成本;二是降低资本密集型产业的比重,以降低资本产出弹性;三是提高银行准备金率,以减少资本供给;四是提高劳动者的技能和素质,以增加劳动力产出弹性。
From the perspective of the relationship between factor input and factor allocation, the author discusses ways to increase the proportion of labor compensation in the initial distribution. Through the construction of C-D production function model, the author makes an empirical analysis of the inherent determinants of factor allocation and the impact of various factors on the proportion of labor compensation. The results show that there are four ways to increase the proportion of labor compensation: one is to raise interest rates to increase the cost of capital use; the other is to reduce the proportion of capital-intensive industries to reduce the elasticity of capital output; the third is to increase the bank reserve Rate in order to reduce the supply of capital; Fourth, improve the skills and quality of workers in order to increase the flexibility of labor output.
