萨北油田经过40多年的开发建设,已建站间输油管道长度约125Km。现阶段由于部分输油管网运行时间较长,且随着产量的变化,存在外输不平衡、温降大、压降大、能耗高等问题,严重制约经济生产运行。本文通过对东部过度带转油站的外输含水油基础物性测试分析工作,掌握含水油粘温变化规律及原油凝点,析蜡特性,并应用室内模型对不同输油管道的水力、热力特性进行分析研究,确定试验区块外输管道在不同季节下的最小安全输量及在不同含水率、不同输量条件下的最优热力工况和水力工况。为今后全厂集输系统优化运行,降低生产成本提供技术借鉴。
