苯乙烯—二乙烯苯共聚体经氯甲基化,胺化和膦酸化而制得了离子交换树脂。本文测定了离子交换树脂合成过程中的每一个中间产物和含有Cu~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、CO~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Ca~(2+)的离子交换树脂的红外光谱图。研究结果表明,氨基膦酸树脂络合金属离子后,1215cm~(-1)峰减弱,络合容量与破坏氢键有关的P=0吸收峰1215cm~(-1)减弱的程度有关。其顺序为:Cu~(2+)>Ni~(2+)>Co~(2+)>Mn~(2+)>Ca~(2+)同时,根据1090cm~(-1)峰位移的大小可判断树脂上N原子对金属离子的配位能力,从而有可能通过红外光谱研究氨基膦酸树脂对金属离子的选择性。
The styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer was chloromethylated, aminated and phosphonated to produce an ion exchange resin. In this paper, we measured the effect of each intermediate product in the synthesis of ion exchange resin and the content of Cu2 +, Ni2 +, CO2 +, Mn2 +, Ca2 + Of the ion exchange resin infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the 1215cm ~ (-1) peak is weakened after amino phosphonic acid resin complexing with metal ions, and the complexing capacity is related to the degree of weakening of 1215cm ~ (-1) absorption peak of P = 0, which is related to hydrogen bond breaking. The order is Cu 2+ + Ni 2+ + Co 2+ + Mn 2+ + Ca 2+. According to the displacement of 1090cm -1 The size of the resin can determine the coordination of N atoms on the metal ions, which makes it possible to study the amino phosphonic acid resin by infrared spectroscopy of metal ion selectivity.
