针对东北地区玉米大垄双行种植的农艺要求,同时考虑机具多次进地造成的频繁扰动及压实土壤、播种对行困难、动力消耗大等缺点,研制了一种玉米大垄双行深耕施肥播种机,该机可以在一个作业行程内完成土壤深松、分层施肥、起垄整形、播种覆土等多项作业。通过经验设计并结合理论计算确定了排肥部件、仿形连接机构、整垄装置及播种装置的结构及参数,对关键受力部件机架进行了有限元分析与优化。样机田间试验结果表明:该机垄形平整,播深合格率为93.30%,株距合格率为96.25%,漏播指数为2.5%,重播指数为3.75%,整地和播种均能达到行业标准及农艺要求。为大垄双行玉米种植联合作业提供参考。
