智能化抽油系统是应用变频调速、过程控制等高新技术的抽油系统,用来改造现有的游梁式抽油机,可提高有杆抽油系统的系统效率。变频调速技术是智能化抽油系统的关键技术。从控制原理和指令编程等方面,阐述了变频调速技术在智能化抽油系统中的具体应用。5口油井的现场应用实例表明,把变频调速技术应用于有杆抽油系统中,在稠油和稀油等不同井况下均收到了增产、节能、无级调速的效果,同时减轻了工人的劳动强度,最终达到了提高抽油系统系统效率的目的。
Intelligent pumping system is the application of frequency control, process control and other high-tech pumping system used to transform the existing beam pumping unit, sucker rod pumping system to improve system efficiency. Frequency control technology is the key technology of intelligent pumping system. From the aspects of control theory and instruction programming, the application of VVVF technology in intelligent pumping system is expounded. The field application examples of five oil wells show that the application of frequency control technology in sucker rod pumping system has the effect of increasing output, saving energy and stepless speed in different well conditions such as thick oil and thin oil, The labor intensity of the workers eventually reached the goal of improving the efficiency of the pumping system.
