我院1991～1996年收治上感后致儿童局限性扭转痉挛6例。男4例,女2例;年龄2～12岁。患儿平素体健,无家族史,均有发热、流涕、鼻塞、咳嗽等上感史,入院前未用药。上感1～2天后出现发作性局限性痉挛性斜颈3例,转体1例,头后仰2例。发作时神清,间隔时间不等。体检;一般情况好,咽充血5例,扁桃体肿大1例。心、肺、腹(一)。四肢肌力、肌 Our hospital from 1991 to 1996 admitted to the sense of confusion caused by children’s torsion spasm in 6 cases. 4 males and 2 females; aged 2 to 12 years old.
