本文利用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了高速钢中δ共析体的形态、结构及共析奥氏体的转变过程。结果表明,高速钢铸态组织中的δ共析体是由沿不同位向生长的棒条状组织,其外围有一明显的碳化物壳层。δ共析碳化物为横截面呈方形的棒条状M_6C,δ共析奥氏体在冷却过程中分解为珠光体组织。
In this paper, the morphology and structure of δ-eutectoid and the transformation process of eutectoid austenite in high-speed steel were studied by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the δ-eutectoid in the as-cast high-speed steel is composed of rod-like structures growing in different directions with a clear carbide shell on the periphery. The δ eutectoid carbide is a bar-like M_6C with a square cross-section. The δ eutectoid austenite decomposes to pearlite during cooling.
