以高碱性铜尾矿为研究对象,在NH3.H2O-(NH4)2SO4体系中,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,详细考察了浸出时间、反应温度、液固比、总氨浓度及NH3/NH4+比率、氨、硫酸铵和过硫酸铵浓度对铜浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,尾矿铜的最佳浸出条件为:搅拌速度为500 r/min,浸出温度为40℃,氨浓度2.4 mol/L,硫酸铵浓度1.0 mol/L,过硫酸铵浓度0.2 mol/L,液固比7∶1,在此条件下铜的浸出率为75.9%。
Taking overbased copper tailing as the research object, the leaching time, reaction temperature, liquid-solid ratio, total ammonia concentration and NH3 / NH4 + concentration were investigated in detail in NH3.H2O- (NH4) 2SO4 system with ammonium persulfate as oxidant. Effect of Ratio, Ammonia, Ammonium Sulfate and Ammonium Persulfate on Copper Leaching Rate. The experimental results showed that the optimal leaching conditions of tailings copper were as follows: stirring speed 500 r / min, leaching temperature 40 ℃, ammonia concentration 2.4 mol / L, ammonium sulfate 1.0 mol / L, ammonium persulfate 0.2 mol / L, the ratio of liquid to solid is 7: 1, the leaching rate of copper under this condition is 75.9%.
