目的比较宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型别的分布及其临床意义。方法采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对430例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,并对受检者进行相关资料分析。结果430例宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者检出HPV感染者388例,感染率为90.23%(388/430),其中一型感染率为75.12%(323/430),多型感染率为15.12%(65/430)。结论宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中HPV感染型别前7位出现频率依次为16、18、33、58、59、31、52型,这些型别是致宫颈鳞状细胞癌的主流型别。HPV基因芯片检测技术可适用于宫颈组织标本,一次可检测23种HPV基因型别,对我国女性宫颈鳞状细胞癌HPV感染的防治及其疫苗的研究具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To compare the genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Genomic DNA microarray was used to detect the genotypes of 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (TCC) from 23 genotypes and to analyze the related data. Results 388 cases of HPV infection were found in 430 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the infection rate was 90.23% (388/430), of which 75.12% (323/430) were infected with type 1 infection and 15.12% 65/430). Conclusion The frequency of HPV infection in the first 7 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma is 16,18,33,58,59,31,52. These types are the main types of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. HPV gene chip detection technology can be applied to cervical tissue specimens, one can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes, for our country’s cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the HPV infection prevention and treatment of vaccine research is of great significance.
