应用膜富氧装置建立富氧室,使局部环境氧分压达到或接近海平面,并采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和光谱扫描对富氧室中受试者进行血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(简称SLDH)活性和酶谱的观测,结果表明:进富氧室内SLDH总活力低于进富氧室前。SLDH同工酶谱均呈现了5条区带。各亚基含量基本接近平原。认为机体在富氧室内增氧后可以达到常氧环境的获氧水平。
Oxygen-enriched device was used to establish oxygen-enriched chamber to make the local partial pressure of oxygen reach or close to sea level. The contents of serum lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme in the oxygen-enriched chamber were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and spectral scanning (Referred to as SLDH) activity and zymogram observed, the results showed that: the total activity of SLDH into the oxygen enrichment chamber was lower than before into the oxygen chamber. The bands of SLDH isozyme showed five bands. The content of each subunit is basically close to the plain. That the body oxygen-enriched indoor aerobic environment can be achieved after oxygen levels.
