目前,随着国家各地区、各行各业对安全工作的重视程度不断提升,在安全生产工作方面投入的人力和物力不断加大,尤其是在安全宣传、培训教育与安全隐患督促检查工作等方面,许多企业都做得日臻完善,这些工作对于提升企业员工的安全意识,营造良好的“遵章守纪”安全文化氛围具有显而易见的作用。但很多时候,企业员工只是处在被动的立场上接受“填鸭式”的安全宣传、意识提升教育,效果并不十分乐观。笔者结合自身企业的安全管理实践经验,总结出以下五个方面的正向激励措施,旨在鼓励员工主动参与提升自身安全意识,最终营造良好的企业安全文化氛围。

These works have an obvious role in enhancing employees’ awareness of safety and creating a sound “compliance, obedience and discipline”. However, in many cases, the employees of the enterprise accept the “spoon-feeding” safety propaganda only on the passive position, and the awareness promotion education is not very optimistic. The author combines his own business experience in safety management practices, summed up the following five aspects of positive incentives designed to encourage employees to take the initiative to participate in enhancing their own safety awareness and ultimately create a good corporate culture of safety and culture.
