[目的]探讨西门塔尔牛杂交改良蒙古牛的产肉性能效果。[方法]对18月龄西×蒙F2代牛、蒙古牛公牛进行屠宰对比试验。[结果]18月龄西×蒙F2代公牛的平均活重、胴体重和净肉重较同龄蒙古牛公牛分别提高了61.86%、70.16%和74.95%,差异均极显著(P〈0.01);平均屠宰率和净肉率分别提高了5.14%和8.12%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。[结论]利用西门塔尔牛杂交改良蒙古牛效果显著,可以明显提高蒙古牛产肉性能。“,”【Objective】In this paper,the meat production performance effect of crossbreeding Simmental and Mongolian cattle was analyzed.【Method】Comparative slaughter test was carried between Mongolian sire and F2hybrids from Simmental and Mongolian cattle with 18 months old.【Result】Compared with the same age Mongolian sire,the average live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of F2generation with 18-month age from Simmental and Mongolian cattle increased 61.86%,70.16% and 74.95%.The difference was significant(P0.01),while the average dressing percentage and net meat rate of F2hybrids improved 5.14% and 8.12%.The difference of average dressing percentage was significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】The improvement result of Mongolian cattle was obvious by using Simmental to improve the meat production performance.
