利用ANSYS14.0有限元软件,在力求最大程度还原真实工程条件的基础上,对某3万m3的非锚固乙烯储液罐进行原尺寸建模,采用动力时程分析研究储液罐的地震响应。将有限元计算值与美国API650规范中的理论值进行对比,验证了计算模型的有效性。通过提取时程数据、包络分析、频谱分析等研究方法,得到了液体晃动、储罐响应、罐底提离及侧移的响应规律,为大型储液罐的抗震设计提供了重要依据。
Based on the finite element software ANSYS14.0, the original size of a 30,000 m3 non-anchored ethylene storage tank was modeled based on the maximum reduction of the actual engineering conditions. The dynamic response of the storage tank was studied by dynamic time history analysis . Comparing the calculated value of the finite element with the theoretical value in the American API650 standard, the validity of the calculation model is verified. The response laws of liquid sloshing, storage tank response, tank bottom lift and side displacement were obtained by extracting time history data, envelope analysis and spectrum analysis, which provided an important basis for the aseismic design of large tanks.
