本文以东方电机有限公司为三峡地下电站提供的700MW混流式立轴半伞式水轮发电机组推力轴承安装与温差调整为例,在解析机组推力轴承装配设计原理、特点、安装过程的基础上,详细阐述了机组试运行过程中推力瓦温差调整的全过程,探索弹簧束支撑结构推力瓦温差存在的原因,同时给出相应的调整方案。调整完成后,推力瓦温差达到三峡电站精品机组要求的2.5K以下,机组运行稳定。
In this paper, Dongfang Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. for the Three Gorges underground power station 700MW Francis vertical shaft half umbrella turbine unit thrust bearing installation and temperature adjustment as an example, the unit thrust bearing assembly design principles, characteristics, the installation process based on the details The whole process of adjusting the temperature difference of the thrust bush in the process of unit commissioning is expounded, and the reasons for the existence of the temperature difference of the thrust bush of the spring support structure are explored. At the same time, the corresponding adjustment schemes are given. After the adjustment is completed, the temperature difference of the thrust tile reaches 2.5K below that required by the Three Gorges Power Station’s high-quality unit, and the operation of the unit is stable.
