The friendly relations between China and Africa have a long history and have entered a new era of history after World War II. In particular, the 2006 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation has greatly promoted the development of China-Africa relations. With the expansion of the common interests of China and Africa and the increase of mutual needs, it is imperative to understand each other’s legal system between the two places. It is imperative to step up exchanges and cooperation in legal exchanges between China and Africa. On the one hand, China and African countries can learn from each other’s experiences and lessons in legal modernization; on the other hand, China and Africa can enrich each other’s development needs and maintain friendly relations through uninterrupted legal exchanges and cooperation.
