本文采用一种新的物理化学相分析法——浸蚀定量法测定了不锈钢中的δ-相。把一个金相样品放在一个三电极电解池中作为阳极进行电解浸蚀,浸蚀液为10%NaOH+2%酒石酸,施加一个稳定电位→100mV→350mV(S.C.E.)的阶跃电位,第二次电位阶跃所产生的浸蚀电流极大值与样品中δ-相的含量成正比,可以用来快速测定δ-相的含量,浸蚀液可用来测定δ-相的成分。浸蚀后的样品可直接用作金相观察。
In this paper, a new phase analysis of physical and chemical methods - etching quantitative determination of stainless steel δ-phase. A metallographic sample was electrolytically etched as an anode in a three-electrode cell with an etchant of 10% NaOH + 2% tartaric acid, a step potential of → 100mV → 350mV (SCE), and a second The potential of the etching current generated by the sub-potential step is proportional to the content of δ-phase in the sample and can be used to quickly determine the δ-phase content. The etching solution can be used to determine the δ-phase composition. The etched sample can be directly used for metallographic observation.
