对典型的单级电流负反馈分压式偏置共发射低频放大器低频特性的分析,国内大多采用熟知的“单独考虑法”,即分别考虑耦合电容和射极旁通电容对低频截止频率f_1的影响,然后针对两者同时并存时的影响加以修正。个别的采用了同时考虑各电容对F_1的影响的“综合考虑法”,并援引了国外文献上的结论。本文完整地推导了后者所得的结果。通过和“单独考虑法”作比较表明,后者比前者更为合理,更具有普遍意义。作为设计电路时选取耦合电容和旁路电容数值的依据,“综合考虑法”直接给出了计算公式,使电容的选取简便,更灵活且更合理,从而使得在满足低频响应的条件下,使设备体积小、价格低。文章给出了电路实例,并附有实测数据。
