《舌尖上的中国》一炮而红之后,已经在筹备拍摄第2季,不同地域各具特色的饮食及其背后的文化底蕴,再次引发了人们对于美食的关注。笔者所在的中国纺织出版社从2003年开始进军饮食图书,从开始的引进版权,到尝试本版原创,到今天与专业图书、教材齐头并进,经历了十年的洗礼和考验,在此和同行业交流一下心得体会。
