内燃机车柴油机部分和辅助部分的运动件很多,特别是柴油机主要运动件的曲轴和凸轮轴在工作中易产生磨损。部分损伤采用熔焊修复,但熔焊修复的高温易使部件发生组织变化,部件的理化指标很难得到保证,所以要慎重考虑使用熔焊方法修复机车运动件。
