目的 :了解江苏地区汉族人群D14S30 6、D1S 818、D3S1338、LPL、F13B、F13A0 1、FESFPS和vWA等八个短串联重复序列 (STR)基因座的遗传多态性 ,并获得该群体的遗传学数据。 方法 :采用Chelex 10 0法从江苏地区无亲缘关系的汉族个体血标本 12 2份中提取DNA。特异引物聚合酶链反应。产物经 6 %变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离 ,银染检测。 结果 :这八个STR基因座在江苏地区汉族人群均具有遗传多态性 ,并符合Hardy Wein berg定律 ,它们的个人识别率范围从F13B的 0 .6 86 9到vWA的 0 .92 85 ,非父排除率范围从F13B的 0 .2 4 99到vWA的 0 .6 0 2 6不等。 结论 :为应用这八个STR遗传标记在中国江苏地区汉族群体中进行亲子鉴定和个人识别提供了概率计算依据和群体遗传学数据
OBJECTIVE: To understand the genetic polymorphisms of eight short tandem repeat (STR) loci such as D14S306, D1S818, D3S1338, LPL, F13B, F13A0 1, FESFPS and vWA in Han nationality in Jiangsu province, data. Methods: Chelex 10 0 DNA was extracted from 122 unrelated Han individuals in Jiangsu province. Specific primers Polymerase chain reaction. The product was separated by 6% denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, silver staining. Results: The eight STR loci in Han population in Jiangsu Province all had genetic polymorphism and were in line with Hardy Weinberg’s law. Their individual recognition rates ranged from 0.6669 for F13B to 0.9285 for vWA Parent exclusion rates ranged from 0.2299 for F13B to .6 022 for vWA. CONCLUSIONS: Probability calculations and population genetics data were provided for paternity and personal identification using these eight STR markers in the Han Chinese population in Jiangsu, China
