随着经济的发展,人才日渐成为社会各企业单位发展力量的核心,是企业在市场竞争中取得优势的重要保障。与此同时,企业可持续发展战略的实现,亦需要依靠大量优秀的人才为其提供人力支撑,因此,时下企业更应重视对员工的培训,让员工与企业共同实现成长,并成为企业发展进程中的重要战略。目前我国企业对员工培训工作的重视程度虽然在不断提升,企业每年都安排有专门的培训预算,但是培训效果却不是很理想,究其原因在于企业没有掌握正确的员工培训方式方法,造成了企业员工培训效果达不到预期。基于此,本文将围绕如何提高企业培训质量而展开论述,以期对企业人力资源管理效能的充分发挥提供有益参考。
