目的:探索语音识别技术在医院临床的应用与发展前景。方法:在广州军区广州总医院搭建科大讯飞语音识别私有云,并在医院所有老年科计算机终端配置讯飞语音输入客户端,研究与分析语音识别情况。结果:80%的医生认为语音识别技术每天可节约40分钟的输入时间,90%的医生希望通过语音输入方式以提高工作效率。结论:语音识别技术一定程度上可以提高临床工作效率,降低工作强度,但还需进一步控制、优化抗噪性、敏感性和稳定性;为了挖掘更大的临床潜在价值,需将语音录入模板嵌入到电子病历系统、超声系统等。
Objective: To explore the clinical application and development of speech recognition technology in the hospital. Methods: To establish a private cloud of IDF speech recognition at the Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region and to configure the XFI voice input client at all the computers of the elderly in the hospital to study and analyze the speech recognition. Results: Eighty percent of doctors thought speech recognition technology could save 40 minutes of input time per day, and 90% of doctors hoped to improve the working efficiency through voice input. CONCLUSIONS: Speech recognition technology can improve clinical work efficiency and reduce work intensity to a certain extent, but further control and optimization of noise immunity, sensitivity and stability are needed. In order to find more clinical potential value, speech input template needs to be embedded To electronic medical record system, ultrasound system and so on.
