构建DNA指纹图谱对新品种登记注册、种子质量鉴定、品种权益保护、遗传资源评价等具有重要的意义。本研究利用12对水稻SSR引物,构建江西省2009年度区域试验品种的DNA指纹图谱。通过聚类分析发现本研究中的水稻品种种质资源遗传多样性相对狭窄。
Construction of DNA fingerprinting is of great significance to the registration of new varieties, the identification of seed quality, the protection of variety rights and the evaluation of genetic resources. In this study, 12 pairs of rice SSR primers were used to construct the DNA fingerprinting of Jiangxi Province in 2009. Cluster analysis showed that the genetic diversity of rice germplasm resources in this study was relatively narrow.
