目的:探讨富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白(SPARC)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测65例乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性增生组织中SPARC和VEGF的表达。结果:与良性病变组比较SPARC的表达率在乳腺癌间质细胞中升高,在肿瘤细胞中降低。有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ期的乳腺癌上皮细胞中SPARC的表达率高,P<0.05。乳腺癌肿瘤细胞中VEGF表达率较良性病变组高,有淋巴结转移组的表达率较无淋巴结转移组升高,P<0.05;乳腺癌间质细胞中VEGF的表达率与患者年龄、ER及PR水平有关。SPARC和VEGF的表达呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:SPARC和VEGF高表达均与乳腺癌的发生、发展和浸润转移有关,两者可能起协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cysteine-rich acidic secreted protein (SPARC) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SPARC and VEGF in 65 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of benign breast hyperplasia. Results: Compared with benign lesions, the expression of SPARC in breast cancer stromal cells increased, decreased in tumor cells. The rate of SPARC expression in breast cancer epithelial cells with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ was higher (P <0.05). The expression rate of VEGF in breast cancer cells was higher than that in benign lesions. The expression rate of VEGF in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). The expression rate of VEGF in breast cancer stromal cells was significantly correlated with age, ER and PR Horizontal related. The expression of SPARC and VEGF was positively correlated, P <0.05. Conclusion: Both high expression of SPARC and VEGF are associated with the occurrence, development and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, which may play a synergistic role.
