在大部分发展中国家,输精管切除术仍是一种控制男性生育能力的方法。如今,人们已进行了很多研究工作,用非外科的化学方法达到男性绝育,通过滴注各种化学药物闭合管腔。使用甲基氰基丙烯酸盐(methyl cyanoacrylate,MCA)一种组织粘合剂,当它与湿润表面相接触时就发生聚合,胶化并凝固在这一部位。因此就增加防止精子移动到输精管附睾端或尿道端的可能性。本实验采用6只成年雄性恒河猴,在静脉麻醉下,切开阴囊暴露输精管,利用输精管内塑料插管将MCA注入输精管内,每个输精管内单次推注0.05ml。然后,将输精管送回阴囊缝合皮肤,每只动物服用土霉素5天。注MCA后60天处死所有猴子。通过注射印度墨计进行通畅实验并确定输精管的阻塞区域,收集测定未阻塞区域的腔内容物。
Vasectomy remains a method of controlling male fertility in most developing countries. Nowadays, many research efforts have been made to achieve male sterility with nonsurgical chemistries, closing the lumen by instillation of various chemotherapeutics. Using methyl cyanoacrylate (MCA), a tissue adhesive, polymerizes, gels and solidifies at this site as it contacts the wetted surface. Therefore increasing the possibility of preventing sperm from moving to the epididymis or urethral end of the vas deferens. In this study, 6 adult male rhesus monkeys were enrolled. Under intravenous anesthesia, the scrotum was exposed to the vas deferens. The MCA was injected into the vas deferens by plastic cannula, which was 0.05 ml in each vas deferens. Then, the vas deferens were returned to the scrotal sutured skin, each animal taking oxytetracycline for 5 days. All monkeys were sacrificed 60 days after MCA injection. Uninhibited experiments were performed by injecting Indian inks and the occluded area of the vas deferens was identified and the contents of the lumen in the unobstructed area were collected.
