目的建立不同配伍比例的二妙散的HPLC指纹图谱测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定7个不同配伍比例的二妙散的样品。色谱条件:Waters C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱;流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长285nm。结果建立其指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价,确立16个共有峰,对其中的黄柏、小檗碱进行了归属。结论该方法简便、快捷,为临床类方的配伍应用以及制定复方质量标准提供了参考。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint determination method of Ermiaosan with different compatibility ratio. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine the samples of Ermiaosan with seven different compatibility ratios. Chromatographic conditions: Waters C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid; flow rate 1.0 ml · min -1; detection wavelength 285 nm. Results The fingerprints were established and the similarity was evaluated. Sixteen common peaks were established, and the corks and berberine were identified. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and provides a reference for the clinical application of compatibility and the formulation of compound quality standards.
