针对地下电动矿用铲运机动力传动系统,分析了系统在不同模式下的工作特性并提出了相应的能量管理方案;基于发动机规则控制策略,在Matlab软件中进行了仿真研究。表明,地下电动矿用铲运机动力源电池组SOC很好地印证了所提出控制策略的有效性,发动机与电机的运行模式从侧面加强了能量管理的合理性。
Aiming at the power transmission system of the underground electric scraper, the working characteristics of the system under different modes are analyzed and the corresponding energy management schemes are proposed. Based on the control rules of the engine regulation, the simulation is carried out in the Matlab software. The results show that the SOC of the scraper power source battery for underground mine is very good to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. The operation modes of the engine and the motor enhance the rationality of energy management from the side.
