黄芪注射液是由中药黄芪中提取的有效成份精制而成,黄芪是豆科多年生草本植物膜荚黄芪(Astragalus menbranaceus Fisch Bge)或蒙古黄芪(Astragalus mongholicus Beg)的干燥根,是一种常用的补益中药。黄芪性温味甘,具有补气开阳、益卫固表、托毒生肌、利水消肿的作用。1997～1998年我们采用黄芪注射液治疗脑梗塞30例,取得了满意的疗效。现将所观察的临床资料报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 研究对象:本组30例均为收本院治疗的脑梗塞患者。其中男19例,女11例,年龄49～82岁,平均63.7岁;30患者均经CT确诊为脑梗塞,其中大脑
Radix astragali injection is made from the active ingredient extracted from Radix Astragali. Astragalus is a dried root of Astragalus menbranaceus Fisch Bge or Astragalus mongholicus Beg which is a perennial leguminous plant, and is a common tonic traditional Chinese medicine. Astragalus is warm and sweet, with Qi Kai Yang, Yi Wei solid table, supporting the myogenic, Lee swelling the role of water. From 1997 to 1998, we used astragalus injection to treat 30 cases of cerebral infarction and achieved satisfactory results.
