8月28日,江阴利用棉纺针织(集团)公司一次性成功地压掉热锭24182枚,分流人员1000名。通过一个月的调整,初步达到增效目的。 压锭减员调整增效是党中央、国务院的重大战略决策。然而,压掉正在运转的锭子对利用集团公司目前来看是确有损失的。压掉的热锭每年将给公司带来870万元的亏损。但是,从长远、从国家全局来看是有利的。
