本文根据斐克第二定律的扩散微分方程式,在文[1]的基础上求出了油蒸汽流泵喷嘴实际抽速的计算式。用文中的公式对几种油扩散泵喷嘴的实际抽速进行了验证计算,第一级喷嘴的值与泵的实测抽速比较接近(其他的喷嘴没有实测值可比较)。另外,还求出了何氏系数Ho的计算公式,它的最大值是在蒸汽射流方向与被抽气体流动方向垂直时,而不是现在通常所认为的是在二者方向一致的时候。
Based on the diffusion differential equation of Fick’s second law, this paper calculates the actual pumping speed of oil vapor flow pump based on [1]. The actual pumping speed of several oil diffusion pump nozzles is validated by the formula in the paper. The value of the first-stage nozzle is close to the measured pumping speed of the pump (the other nozzles have no actual values to be compared). In addition, the Ho coefficient Ho is also calculated, and its maximum value is obtained when the direction of the steam jet is perpendicular to the direction in which the gas to be drawn is flowing, rather than what is generally considered to be the same in both directions.
