目的对菝葜科菝葜属植物短梗菝葜根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-18)、半制备HPLC色谱法,葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等多种分离方法,运用NMR、MS等波谱方法以及结合文献数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从短梗菝葜根的正丁醇部位中分离得到9个化合物,通过核磁共振数据将其结构鉴定为:丁香脂素O-β-D葡萄糖苷(1),2,5-diaryltetrahydrofuran-typelignin(2),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,(3),(1S,2R)-1-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,2,3-丙三醇(4),(1R,2R)-1-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,2,3-丙三醇(5),(+)-lyonirenisol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),岩白菜素(7),3,4,5,-三甲氧基苯酚(8),ethylβ-D-glucopyranoside(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从短梗菝葜中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of the genus Myrmicola in the genus Sciperia. Methods Silica gel, reversed-phase silica gel (RP-18), semi-preparative HPLC and Sephadex LH-20 were used to separate and purify the isolated compounds by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Of the compounds for structural identification. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the root of short stalk, and their structures were identified by NMR: syringomycin O-β-D glucoside (1), 2,5-diaryltetrahydrofuran-typelignin (2), (+) - lyoniresinol 3α-O-α-L- rhamnopyranoside, (3), (1S, 2R) -1- (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) -1,2,3 (4), (1R, 2R) -1- (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) -1,2,3-propanetriol (5), (+) - lyonirenisol-3α -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), Bergenin (7), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol (8), ethylβ-D-glucopyranoside (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from the stinkbugs for the first time.
