目的:探讨特殊丰富环境训练对护理医院轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者ADL能力、认知功能、抑郁状态的影响。方法:选取我院符合入组条件的82例65—90岁住院老人,随机分为特殊丰富环境训练组和传统丰富环境训练组,每组42例,传统丰富环境训练组每天1次,每次1h,每周5次,特殊丰富环境训练组在传统丰富环境训练的基础上,增加训练内容的趣味性、变换不同的训练环境,每天1次,每次1h,每周5次,对治疗前、治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后、6个月后的随访进行评估。结果:在治疗3个月后,特殊丰富环境训练组MMSE评分、Barthel指数、老年人抑郁量表评分较治疗前及同期传统丰富环境训练组均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论:特殊丰富环境训练可以有效地改善轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力、认知功能、抑郁状态。
Objective: To explore the effects of special and rich environmental training on ADL ability, cognitive function and depression in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease in nursing hospital. Methods: A total of 82 hospitalized 65-90-year-old hospitalized patients in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into special and rich environment training group and traditional rich environment training group, 42 cases in each group. The traditional environment training group was trained once a day 1h, 5 times a week. On the basis of the traditional rich environment training, the special rich environment training group increased the interest of the training contents and changed different training environments once a day for 1 hour and 5 times a week. , 1 month after treatment, 3 months after treatment, 6 months after follow-up evaluation. Results: At 3 months after treatment, MMSE score, Barthel index and depression scale of the elderly in special and rich environment training group improved compared with those in the traditional rich environment training group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Special and rich environment training can effectively improve daily life activity, cognitive function and depression in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.
