由于小孩子生长发育速度快,因此有这样的说法:“小孩子每天都不一样”,尤其是刚出生的小孩。新生儿期是人生的开端,又是一生中生长发育最快速的阶段,尤其是大脑发育最迅速的时期,故需要高质量营养。但新生儿的消化功能尚未发育完全,母乳则是母亲专为自己婴儿生产的最理想、最适宜的天然食品,能提供小孩子快速生长发育所需的营养物质,从质和量上均符合新生儿的生理需求。母乳中所含的优质蛋白质中乳白蛋白含量最高,在胃中形成的乳凝块小,易于小孩子的胃肠道消化吸收;母乳中所含脂肪以不饱和脂肪酸为主,而且还含有降脂糖,有利于脂肪的消化吸收,其吸收率大大高于其他乳类;母乳中的乳糖为β型乳糖,在体内能分解成半乳糖。母乳中的营养物质不仅能满足小孩子体格生长需要,还是小孩子大脑发育必不可少的“原料”,为小孩子智力开发打下良好的物质基础。所以人们称 As children grow and develop fast, so there is such a saying: “children every day is different,” especially the newborn child.
