在法律职业与法律教育渐趋国际化的背景下,法学双语教学方兴未艾。但同时制约其发展的瓶径问题,尤其是教材建设方面的问题也日益突出。法学双语教材建设面临种种困境,突破困境的主要出路在于编写适合我国法学双语教学目标,拥有自主著作权的法学双语教材。在法学双语教材的编写之初,编者应根据法学教育的内在需求与法律职业的外在要求确立清晰的编写目的和可行的编写思路。
Under the background of gradual internationalization of legal profession and legal education, law bilingual education is in the ascendant. However, at the same time, the bottlenecks that restrict their development have become increasingly prominent, especially in the construction of textbooks. Jurisprudence bilingual textbooks are facing various difficulties, the main way to break through the difficulties lies in the preparation of bilingual law for our law jurisprudence, with independent copyright law bilingual materials. At the beginning of the compilation of law bilingual materials, editors should establish a clear purpose of compilation and feasible compilation ideas according to the inherent needs of legal education and the external requirements of the legal profession.
