近年来,许多学者着手研究动态回复和动态再结晶的物理过程(见表1)。动态回复是指动态休复、动态多边化和改变取向差的动态回复。动态休复包括塑性形变时异号位错和点缺陷的移动和消失。用实验手段研究动态休复过程是困难的,这使这个领域的进展缓慢。应用示踪原子技术可以定量地判断高温塑性形变过程中点缺陷的移动和消失。
In recent years, many scholars have started to study the dynamic process of dynamic response and dynamic recrystallization (see Table 1). Dynamic response refers to the dynamic recovery, dynamic multilateralism and change the orientation of the poor dynamic response. Dynamic Restoration includes the movement and disappearance of distinct dislocations and point defects during plastic deformation. It is difficult to study the dynamic recovery process experimentally, which makes the progress of this field slow. The application of tracer atom technology can quantitatively determine the movement and disappearance of point defects in high temperature plastic deformation.
