本文在30%TBP(煤油)-水中以水为连续相,实验研究了环形脉冲萃取柱内连续相的轴向混合。实验中采用了示踪剂扰动—响应方法。结果表明,单相流时环形脉冲萃取柱轴向混合系数E_c值仅为相同截面积圆形脉冲筛板柱的40%。单相流条件下轴向混合系数可由下式关联: E_c=0.02(fA)~(1.26)+3.5×10~(-5) 对于两相流条件下,连续相轴向混合系数与分散相存留分数值有关,相应关联式为 E_c=0.02(fA)~(1.26)(1-x)~(3.24)+3.5×10~(-5) 65组实验数据关联的最大偏差小于20%。
In this paper, 30% TBP (kerosene) - water with water as the continuous phase, the experimental study of annular pulse extraction column continuous phase axial mixing. Tracer perturbation-response method was used in the experiment. The results show that the axial mixing coefficient E_c of the ring-shaped pulse extraction column is only 40% of that of the circular pulse sieve column with the same cross-section. Under the condition of single-phase flow, the axial mixing coefficient can be related by the following formula: E_c = 0.02 (fA) ~ (1.26) + 3.5 × 10 ~ (-5) The corresponding correlation is E_c = 0.02 (fA) ~ (1.26) (1-x) ~ (3.24) + 3.5 × 10 ~ (-5) The maximum deviation of the experimental data of 65 groups is less than 20%.
