目的调查分析学习迁移理论在医学基础课教学中应用的效果,为提高临床教学效果提供依据。方法选择2013级高职护理专业、助产专业共241名学生为调查对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组在教学中进行学习迁移理论的教学实践,对照组采用灌输式教学法按教材顺序进行授课。统计期中、期末两组考试成绩并做对比,分析学习迁移理论教学法的教学效果;以影响学习效果的因素为自变量,以专业基础课学习效果等级为因变量,研究其相关性。结果实验组认可本组教学方法的人数比例大于对照组(P<0.01);实验组期末成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高职护理、助产等专业应加强教学理论、教学方法改革和提高学生学习技能的研究与探讨,在教学过程中促进正迁移的发生,避免负迁移发生,从而提高专业基础课教学效果、教学质量和学生的学习能力。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of learning transfer theory applied in the teaching of basic medical courses and provide the basis for improving the clinical teaching effects. Methods A total of 241 students in 2013 vocational nursing major and midwifery specialty were selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group carried out the teaching practice of learning transfer theory in teaching, while the control group used instilled teaching method according to teaching materials The order of teaching. Results The percentage of experimental group approved by this method was higher than that of control group (P <0.01). The final score of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Higher vocational nursing and midwifery should strengthen the research and discussion of teaching theory, teaching method reform and improving students’ study skills, promote the positive migration in the teaching process and avoid the occurrence of negative migration, so as to improve the teaching effect of basic course of basic education and teaching Quality and student learning ability.
