This article studied 45 cases of primary gastric lymphoma with histopathological records at the Nottinghamshire registry from 1973 to 1992. The average age was 65 years (25-84 years), and the ratio between males and females was 1.5:1. The clinical symptoms are similar to gastric cancer, and the above abdominal pain is dominant. All tumors originate from B cells. There were 25 cases in stage I and 20 cases in stage II. 16 cases were low-grade and 17 cases were highly malignant B-cell mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. Among the remaining 12 cases, 10 cases and 2 cases were high-grade and low-grade B-cell tumors respectively, and most of the cases (11/12) showed no epithelial or occasional ulcer lesions of epithelial glands. 18 cases of low-grade malignancy
