晚近中国学界对近代以来借鉴西方学科分类而建立的学术机制进行了深刻反思,这在某种意义上可以视为中国学术寻回自我的过程。几年来有关中国哲学史合法性的讨论,即为其例。而从中国固有的学术脉络出发,重新审视思想史的身份,尤其是中国思想史的研究方法,亦应是题中应有之义。这里发表的一组笔谈,执笔者都是活跃在中国思想史研究第一线的学人。三位作者都出自哲学专业背景,但他们对思想史方法的考量却并不为自己的专业所限,而是都表现出综合的取向。这组笔谈无意、也不可能为讨论的问题画上句号,毋宁说是为进一步的深入做了一个引子。
The recent academic circle in China has profoundly introspected the academic mechanism established in the modern times for reference to the western classification of subjects, which in a sense can be regarded as the process of Chinese academic self-recovery. The past few years on the legitimacy of the history of Chinese philosophy discussion, that is the case. Starting from China’s inherent academic context, it is also necessary to re-examine the identity of the history of ideas, especially the research methods of the history of Chinese thought. The group of writers and writers published here are all scholars active in the forefront of the study of Chinese history of ideas. All three writers came from the professional background of philosophy, but their thinking on the history of the thoughts was not limited to their own specialties, but all showed a comprehensive orientation. This group of pen and talk no intention, it is impossible to put an end to the discussion of the issue, rather it is to make a primer for further in-depth.
