从管理学角度来看,培训对于提升职工岗位胜任力、改善职工工作态度等方面具有重要作用,尤其在事业单位改革持续深化的时代背景之下,培训工作已经成为了一项常规性工作,重要地位正不断提升。基于这一背景,事业单位必须要高度重视职工培训机制的构建,确保其有效性,将培训效果提升至重要位置,避免流于形式。本文以培训工作的作用为切入点,分析了当前职工培训实践中存在的问题,并结合工作经验提出改善建议,以期为事业单位人力资源管理整体效能的提升提供参考借鉴。
From a management point of view, training plays an important role in enhancing the competency of employees and improving the working attitude of employees.
