近一两年我们出版的畅销书榜单显示:已从西方舶来品居多,到现在以适应中国企业需求的细分领域书籍为主,而且更加关注人们的内心。管理学有一个奇妙的定律,即30年定律。也就是说,经过30年的沉淀和积累,会再诞生所谓经典级的“管理思想”。杜拉克定位经典丛书正说明这一趋势。如今的中国,改革开放30年。我们发现,所谓的中国式管理模式正在形成,富有代表性的管理学者大批涌现,作为经管图书出版行业中的践行者,华章鉴证并记录了这个特殊的历史转折点。
