本文针对应变筋式切削测力仪以往利用变形筋的弯曲变形进行设计时存在的提高灵敏度必然降低刚度的矛盾,提出利用应变筋的剪切变形、拉压变形进行设计的新方法,并对弯曲型、剪切型、拉压型三种筋式测力仪的灵敏度、刚度和优化指标等三项主要性能指标,从理论上进行分析和比较,进而分析了筋的截面形状和布置形式对三项主要性能指标的影响,从而得出指导应变筋式切削测力仪设计的一些理论根据。
