利用高温热模拟试验证实,管20钢在850~900℃进行压缩变形时,易产生表面裂纹,这是由于第二相粒子AIN沿晶界析出及表面脱碳层内铁素体沿晶界析出引起的。
It is proved by the high temperature thermal simulation test that the surface cracks easily occur when the tube 20 is compressed and deformed at 850-900 ℃ because the AIN of the second phase particles are precipitated along the grain boundaries and the ferrite in the surface decarburized layer precipitates along the grain boundaries caused.
