目的 探讨米非司酮对妊娠早期人绒毛间质中Hofbauer细胞超微结构的影响。方法 取孕 6~ 9周人工流产者 (对照组 )及米非司酮药物流产者 (观察组 )的绒毛组织各 10例 ,用透视电子显微镜观察其超微结构变化。结果 观察组Hofbauer细胞显著肿胀 ,胞浆突起明显减少 ,偶见胞膜缺损 ,胞浆中的空泡变大 ,含有絮状电子致密物的空泡减少 ;粗面内质网及高尔基复合体欠发达 ;线粒体缩小 ,溶酶体减少 ;胞核增大且出现异常形态 ,染色质浓缩。结论 米非司酮通过影响Hofbauer细胞超微结构 ,使其吞噬能力、水及电解质转运和局部免疫功能改变 ,进而影响妊娠的维持
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the ultrastructure of Hofbauer cells in human villus stroma during early pregnancy. Methods Totally 10 cases of induced abortion (control group) and mifepristone abortion group (observation group) were collected from 6 to 9 weeks of pregnancy. The ultrastructural changes were observed under a transmission electron microscope. Results The observation group was significantly swollen Hofbauer cells, cytoplasm protrusion was significantly reduced, occasionally membrane defects, cytoplasm vacuoles become larger, containing flocculent electron dense vacuoles reduce; rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex Developed; Mitochondria shrinks, lysosomes reduce; Nuclei increase and appear abnormal morphology, chromatin condensation. Conclusion Mifepristone can affect the maintenance of pregnancy by affecting the ultrastructure of Hofbauer cells, and its phagocytic capacity, water and electrolyte transport and local immune function changes
